Meeting

Hi Folks

Pat has given me a proposed Agenda for Friday’s meeting based upon comments he has received from various members. The topics range from the amount of time lost due to lack of discipline getting games started. The usual one that definitely needing addressed is the number of players running both with and without the ball. In fact I myself have been told by several members that they are being disenchanted with the increase in the amount of running taking place causing them to lose their enthusiasm for the game. So based upon these points I have made up an Agenda for discussion.

1)      Time wasted due to indiscipline at start of each session?

2)      Team selection?

3)      How to eradicate running?

4)      Social Section/Committee?

5)      Any other relevant questions?

If you have any other issues that concern you about the organisation or arrangements with regard the games please contact Pat ASAP before the meeting so that it can be added to the Agenda under item (5)

In order to cover all the points on the Agenda we would like a full turn out of members. Generally any Meetings that we have had are held after the game from 12.00 noon normally until about 12.15PM. Therefore, at the start of the game we will be asking if you can stay until we have covered the items on the Agenda before leaving, but  if there are insufficient members able to attend we will cut the game short and commence the meeting at 11.45am.

Hope as many as possible of you can attend the meeting if not the game.
