A couple of social events have been suggested as being of interest to some of the youngish Gerrihatricks who are still capable of getting around the dance floor.
a) The first one was advertised a while ago and it is for the Christmas do in the Greenhills Bar to be held on the 9th December for both members and their wives, girl friends or a female partner. I realise a few of you have already booked up for this evening, but it is possibly a final call so that numbers can be confirmed.
b) Is the Annual EKYC Dinner that is being held in the Ballerup Hall on Saturday 18th November that is MC’d by Peter Martin with guest speakers Tam Cowan and Chic Charnley. Tickets cost £50.00 and that includes your dinner and refreshments for the evening. Full details are given on the attached image to this message.
c) This is a speculative suggestion made by Denny; would any of you be prepared to go on a Jollies Outing to Majorca for a sunny, hot week end about May 2018. If there is enough interest Denny will get details such as cost, suitable dates etc so that we can organise the event. If there is enough interest then we can calculate the costs, and then arrange a weekly, or monthly system to pay up the full cost.
If you are interested in any of these events you can tell Denny at the game as soon as you decide so that arrangements can be made asap.
